What Watches Are Compatible with MOZSLY Watch Winders?

Our watch winders are compatible with approximately 98% of automatic watches, including models from Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Seiko, TAG Heuer, IWC, and Panerai.

 

They offer four daily turns-per-day (TPD) settings — 650, 850, 1,050, and 1,250 — along with clockwise, counterclockwise, and alternating rotation modes to accommodate different watch movements.

 

They fit watches with case diameters of up to 52 mm and wrist sizes between 6 and 8.6 inches (approximately 15.2–21.8 cm).

What If My Watch Winder Stops Working?

If your watch winder develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will assist with repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty policy.

How Long Does Shipping Take, and Will My Gift Arrive in Time?

We ship to most destinations worldwide, and tracking is included with every shipment. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping rates apply, and some products or destinations may have restrictions.

 

For gift-wrapped orders, we recommend placing your order 10–15 days before your planned gifting date to allow time for careful preparation and packaging.

What Is the Return Policy?

Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

 

If an item is incorrect or defective due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

 

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. The full process may take up to 4 weeks, although most refunds are completed sooner.

Will I Have to Pay Additional Taxes or Duties?

Typically, duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges. In rare cases, local customs requirements may result in additional fees. If this happens, we will notify you before dispatch.
