SHIPPING POLICY

HOW SHIPPING WORKS

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking information.

Please note: tracking numbers may take 1–2 days to become active, even though your package is already in transit.

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

DELIVERY STATUS REMINDS

If your tracking status shows “Attempted Delivery,” the carrier may require you to arrange redelivery or pickup.

We’ll also notify you by email — please keep an eye on your inbox.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Our customers are located across the globe, and you can place an order from almost anywhere.

If your location is not supported, you will be notified at checkout.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight, and will be displayed at checkout.

We operate multiple warehouses worldwide.

Free standard shipping is available in the following countries:

USA, UK, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Japan

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–6 business days
  • UK & Europe: 3–8 business days
  • Australia & Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Other regions: 7–12 business days

The delivery times are subject to change depending on carrier reliability; based on extreme delays caused by weather, overall package volume, or peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES & TAXES

If you order multiple products and they are shipped from different warehouses, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Important: For most destinations, duties and taxes are already covered by us, so you typically won’t need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

In rare cases, due to local customs regulations, duties or taxes may still be applied. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and MOZSLY cannot refund customs-related fees.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-DAY EASY RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note: original shipping fees, handling fees, and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by us may not qualify for a full refund.

Partial refunds may be issued depending on the condition of the returned item.

Returns sent back more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN

Step 1: Get in Touch

Email us at info@mozsly.com with your order number, purchase channel, and reason for return.

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Prepare Your Returned Items

Please make sure your return includes:

  • Original packaging
  • Product and all accessories
  • Manuals and included items

Step 3: Ship It Back

Follow the return instructions provided by our support team to send your package back to MOZSLY. This helps ensure your return is processed quickly and smoothly.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand plans can change.

  • Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund available (if the order has not shipped)
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be treated as a return

Please note: PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable in accordance with PayPal policy.
