“Gift” Mark Service

Mozsly.com knows about there maybe import tariffs or other fees picked up by customer’s country for international purchase, and we always try our best to legally minimize your import duties (or GST or V.A.T. or other Taxes). All of our parcels will be declaimed as “Gift” to help customers minimizing the tariffs. In the most cases, there may be none duty payable. However, if any additional charges generated for customs clearance must be borne by customer.

All orders must be processed before they are shipped. The total time to receive your Mozsly.com order is split into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Customs
For international shippment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Since the customs policy differs from country to country, to be comply with the law and regulations of your country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before you make any order.To Europe,Normally there is no Customs Fee or Duty on your side,because when our parcel arrive Europe,we have paied all fees already,included the customs and duties fee.

The address we ship to should be the shipping address customer fills in the order check out (that will shows on the purchase notification email). Please remember to offer correct shipping address, once the parcel shipped out, it does not allow changing the shipping address anymore. And we will not be responsible for item loss because of wrong or undeliverable address.
