Shipping Methods
1.We offer different international shipping methods. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
2.All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
3.Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
4.Tracking numbers may take 1–2 days to become active, even though your parcel is already in transit.
5.We will pack and ship your order within the processing time above. In most cases, parcels are handed over to carriers promptly after dispatch.
Delivery Status Reminds
1.If your parcel status shows “Attempted Delivery”, the carrier may require you to arrange redelivery or pick-up at your local post office.
2.We will also notify you via email in such cases, so please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder).
Logistics and Country
We ship worldwide and cover most countries and regions. In rare cases where a location is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout. Please note that orders may be shipped from different warehouses, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages depending on stock availability and logistics arrangements.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and shipping method.
1.For USA, Australia, Japan, Singapore, China, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Malaysia and UK, standard shipping is free, with expedited shipping available at $5.9.
2.For most European countries including Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland standard shipping is $5.9 and expedited shipping is $10.9.
3.For regions such as South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, Vietnam, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and similar destinations, standard shipping is $9.9 and expedited shipping is $19.9.
4.For other regions not listed above, DHL Express shipping is available at $159.99, and customs duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are 3–6 business days for the USA, 3–8 business days for the UK and Europe, 5–8 business days for Australia and Canada, and 7–12 business days for other regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasonal periods.
International Shipping & Duties & Taxes
In most cases, duties and taxes are already covered by us, so no additional fees are required upon delivery. However, in rare cases, local customs may still apply import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. MOZSLY is not responsible for any customs-related charges, and such fees are non-refundable.
