Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Any damages to the product may affect the refund amount based on the condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mozsly.com and include your order number.
Note: Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defects.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please ensure that the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or issue a refund, based on your preference.
Accidental Damage
We do not cover accidental damage caused by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Manufacturing Defects
For defects related to product design or manufacturing, we will offer a replacement.
